Our Mission
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6

Welcome to River Kids where it is our desire to partner with parents to help train up a child grounded in God’s Word. Our mission is to make disciples by partnering with parents.

We strive to create a fun, loving, and interactive environment where kids are encouraged to grow in Christ. In order to do this, we equip teachers who emphasize love, provide classrooms that are clean and orderly, emphasize procedures that are safe, and present an age-appropriate and Bible-based curriculum called Discipleship Junior.

Age Appropriate Classes during the 10:30am Gathering:
Ducklings – (0-1)
Turtles – (1-2)
Otters – (Pre-School)
Alligators – (Kindergarden-5th Grade)

Safety and security for each child is a priority in River Church kids.
Please be aware of the following policies when you bring your child(ren) to the Sunday Gathering…

• Each child can only be picked up by the adult who checked them in. Designated adults can enter the area by presenting their pick-up tag at the entrance of each room. The parent/guardian signs them out on the roster each time as well.
• River Kids provides safety by enforcing classroom ratio limits. Each room capacity is established according to the number of those serving to the number of children that can safely be in a room. All classes start with two serving in every room.

1:2 for 0-6 months
1:3 for 6-12 months
1:4 for 12-24 months
1:7 for 3
1:8 for 4
1:10 for 5 and up
